(Nasdaq: CSTL), announced today the closing of its previously announced initial public offering of 4,600,000 shares of its common stock, which includes 600,000 shares sold pursuant to the exercise in full by the underwriters of their option to purchase additional shares, at a price to the public of $16.00 per share. Including the option exercise, the gross proceeds to Castle Biosciences from the offering, before deducting the underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses, were $73.6 million.
SVB Leerink and Baird acted as joint book-running managers for the offering and as representatives of the underwriters. Canaccord Genuity and BTIG acted as co-managers for the offering.
